2. What data we process
E-mail enquiries. If you write to us, we process the data you send in your message: your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and the content of the message.
Server logs. When serving the site, the hosting provider keeps a technical log: IP address, browser identifier (user agent), timestamp.
This site is static: it uses no cookies, runs no analytics, has no form and no login. We serve the fonts ourselves, so opening the site sends no request to a third party.
3. Why we process it
We process your message to reply to your enquiry and to make you an offer. We process the server logs to run the service securely.
4. Legal basis
Enquiries: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Server logs: our legitimate interest in running the service securely (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
5. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence until the enquiry is closed, and for at most 1 year if no engagement follows. The hosting provider keeps server logs for at most 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time at hello@digitalkage.hu.
6. Who has access, where it is stored
Beyond the processors listed below, we do not pass your data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing contact.
- Hosting
- Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States of America — serving the site and the server logs.

The hosting provider operates in the United States of America; this transfer takes place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (GDPR Article 45) and/or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (SCC, GDPR Article 46).
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of processing and its release in a portable format; you may object to processing, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to hello@digitalkage.hu; we reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or bring the matter before the court competent for your place of residence.
